TIM FALSKEN

Owner | Agent | LUTCF

Tim established Falsken and Associates in 1998. As a Westlake Village native, he continues to be part of the fabric of the Conejo Valley community by providing top-level insurance services. Tim attended Westlake High School and continued on to Long Beach State University on a baseball scholarship. It was at CSULB that he had one of his greatest life experiences; playing in the College World Series! After graduating in 1995 with a marketing degree, he and his wife Renae moved back to Thousand Oaks. Renae and Tim have three boys: Cole, Carson and Cade. Tim loves spending his time with family and friends. He especially loves coaching his boys’ sports and enjoys fishing and hunting.

CHRISTINA SCHWERTFEGER

Commercial Account Executive

Christina has always been a resident of Ventura County. She has been a member of Falsken & Associates since 2000. Christina prides herself in her dedication to her job. She is a client favorite due to her diligence and problem-solving skills. Patience and risk management are among her best qualities. Some of her hobbies include camping with her family and riding ATVs.

MARIA CASTREJON

Commercial Account Executive
Maria has been a valued member of the Falsken & Associates team since 2013 and currently lives in Ventura County. She is committed to providing exceptional customer service and takes great pride in ensuring that her clients receive tailored coverage that meets their needs. In her leisure time, Maria enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and spending quality time with her family. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Literature with a minor in Communications from California Lutheran University in the Spring of 2024. Recently, she has embraced motherhood with the arrival of her wonderfully bright daughter, and she is enjoying the journey of learning and growing together.

Laura Smith

Personal Lines Account Executive
Born and raised in Ventura County, Laura has been a valued member of the Falsken & Associates team since 2019. Her friendly personality and sense of humor contribute to her commitment to providing enthusiastic, optimistic, and diligent customer service. Laura graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in English Literature. In her free time, she enjoys reading, organizing game nights with loved ones, embarking on adventures with her dog, and seeking out new dining experiences.

Wendy Kennedy

Wendy Kennedy joined Falsken & Associates in 2023, bringing creativity, customer-service, and problem-solving expertise to the insurance industry. A dedicated baseball and softball mom—and a proud French bulldog owner—Wendy understands the importance of protecting what matters most. She works closely with clients to tailor personal insurance solutions and guide them through the claims process with care and efficiency. Outside the office, you can find Wendy at the baseball or softball field or rooting on the Dodgers.

Cole Falsken

Cole was born and raised in Newbury Park and graduated from Chico State. He joined the team right out of college helping with the day to day tasks and renewal business. Cole was then fortunate enough to go work for Marsh, the worlds leader in insurance broking and risk management. He learned invaluable skills and acted as a trusted risk advisor for fortune 500-1000 clients. Cole is back at Falsken & Associates taking on more of a producer role and working on new business. In his free time, he enjoys being in the outdoors whether it be hunting, fishing, snowboarding, or playing golf.
